Let’s be real, life is hard, leaving little time to make changes one has always wanted.  And when you do make time, there’s so much information out there, it can feel overwhelming getting started.

These habit “snackables” are created to be short, sweet, filling, and easily digestible so you can more easily start your journey towards your best self.  We know that being healthy takes more than being diligent in one area of wellness . It requires attentiveness to your whole person – spirit, mind, and body.

Which is why the snackable program uses our simple Quadrants of Wellbeing framework – looking through the lens of mechanical, chemical, energetical, and psychospiritual areas – to help you feel whole in all areas of your life.

Over the course of the program, you will see how small changes ultimately lead to the biggest shifts in your life.

Originally the program was set up to explore the lessons at a pace of one per week.  This allows you time to try it out, see if it is something you need at this moment, and notice the results.  That said, you can go at whatever pace is right for you.  You might come upon a lesson that you’ve already got solid…and choose to move right to the next lesson.

Or you might come upon a new habit that is spot on…and requires several weeks for you to feel like you have it where you want it.

However you choose to go through the program, we have seen that most participants end up bringing 6 to 8 of the behaviors to the level of a habit – meaning you are doing it automatically without much conscious attention.  And these 6 to 8 new habits are what will create the shifts you’re looking for!
