REFUND POLICY FOR SCBS TRAININGS & SERVICES

We want you to be successful in our programs and courses.  For our business program courses, that means we want you to give your best effort to apply everything you learned from the modules and assignments in the courses. If you have completed all the activities and assignments in the first transformation module stage of any program level and you don’t feel it is right for you, you may submit proof that you did ALL the assignments in the Action Checklist section of the guide and we will apply what you paid to another program or individual mentor coaching/training program. Simply notify us at hello@smallchangesbigshifts.com within 15 days of the start of the program along with ALL the completed assignments. If you request a refund and have not completed the required elements by the last day of the 15 days, you will not be granted a refund.

Note that a refund for a course program will result in loss of access to any remaining material and support for that program including access to the Member’s Resource Page and any Private Forum.

EMAIL POLICY

When purchasing any product from SCBS, you automatically give us your permission to send you emails. You may remove this consent at any time. We keep your email address private and will not give or sell the information to anyone.
