Well-Being Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated
After 30 years in the wellness industry, we’ve learned that most people are overwhelmed by their health.
Why? They are confused by the results they see in others – but don’t experience themselves.
We all know people who exercise a lot but aren’t healthy. We also know people who are vegan but aren’t healthy, and we certainly know people who meditate every morning, yet aren’t healthy either.
Our society is constantly telling us to choose this diet or that workout. However, what if we told you that all of it is making it unnecessarily complicated?
Being healthy and feeling well takes more than being diligent in one area of wellness (i.e. only exercising or only eating well, etc.) Your wellness requires attentiveness to the whole self – your spirit, mind, and body. Think about it this way: You can’t drive a car on three wheels. You need all four for it to work. And your body is no different.
Let us introduce you to the Quadrants of Well-Being – a simple framework that restores how amazing your body was designed to feel every day, all day.
We believe that balance between these four areas is essential to stepping into your best life. When each area is given equal attention, you build rhythm in your habits and resilience to face life.
In this short mini-program, we will provide some small tips and resources to help you begin to tune into each of your Quadrants.
Just like we have unique fingerprints, we are all different in what we like, what we need, and what works for our lifestyle.
We encourage you not to master all these things at once or take drastic measures for quick results. That approach can be discouraging and make it much harder to create sustainable habits.
Instead, as you go through this program, we encourage you to pick one small step to focus on per week. Doing one simple change each week will help your brain begin to establish it as a habit. When that new habit begins to feel more natural – meaning you find yourself doing it without prompts – that’s when you know it’s a good time to add a new small change to your lifestyle.
