The Power of Small Changes: Free Well-Being Tips To Start Building Rhythm and Resilience
About Lesson

Energetical Quadrant

The Energetical Quadrant highlights that we are made up of 500+ billion cells, and inside each cell is an atom, which is made up of protons and neutrons that carry energy like electricity. They are the same atoms that makeup everything else in the world. You are intrinsically connected to everything – and everybody. Your vibrations and electricity are constantly being felt – and affected – by everything around you.

Starter Tips:

  1. Release Stress by Soaking in Epsom Salt: If your energy needs a reset – especially after a stressful day – Epsom salts can make it happen. It doesn’t have to be a long soak. In fact, 15 minutes twice a week can make a noticeable difference. Water breaks energy. It severs energetic bonds and washes them away. It’s one of the reasons we often feel so refreshed after a shower, bath, swim, or play in the rain. Adding Epsom salts to the bath will ground your energy again. It’s important to note that Epsom salt is not table salt; Epsom salts are made of magnesium sulfate, which is an element and mineral found in our bodies and the earth. It’s part of the 300 different processes in our bodies, yet most of us are deficient in it.
  2. Free Your Space with A, B, C Days: Clutter can create stress and a sense of chaos – and surprisingly, it doesn’t take a lot of clutter to create those unsettling feelings. It clouds your vision, preventing you from seeing and appreciating what you have, or acknowledging what’s missing in your life. Simplifying your space and living in a clean space will not only allow you more physical space, but it will open up an energetic space for new possibilities – such as feelings, things, people, or experiences. Beyond physical clutter, your mind also has clutter from things like expectations, guilt, and judgment.
